Each document is fed into a high-speed digital scanner to convert those paper documents to computer images

Each image is quality controlled to ensure the digital image is as good or even better than the original document

Each folder is then "indexed" in the method you need to retrieve the file when you need it.

Images are "exported" and written to a CD which will allow you to view those images on your pc. If you have an imaging system, these images can be imported into that system.

Your files and the associated CDs are driven back to your office, or we can arrange to have your files destroyed.

Your CDs are ready to be imported to your imaging system or you can view them right on your desktop pc.
